JBM Electric Vehicles Unveils ECOLIFE e12 at Busworld 2025

JBM Electric Vehicles launched the ECOLIFE e12 electric city bus at Busworld 2025, featuring a 400 km range, ultra-fast charging, and advanced safety systems. Built with sustainable materials, it supports zero-downtime via the JBM E-Verse ecosystem. The new Frankfurt headquarters boosts European operations, marking a major step in JBM’s goal toward Net Zero emissions by 2040.

Force Motors reported sales of 2,610 units in September 2025, up 1.79% year-on-year. Domestic sales rose 1.51% to 2,486 units, while exports grew 7.83% to 124 units. The steady growth reflects strong performance in commercial and utility vehicles. Sales data was officially submitted to BSE and NSE, reinforcing Force Motors’ stable domestic presence and expanding global reach.

New Toll Rules from November 15, 2025: Vehicles Without FASTag to Pay More

From November 15, 2025, vehicles without FASTag will pay double toll in cash, while UPI payments will cost 1.25 times the normal fee. The new rule aims to promote digital payments, reduce congestion, and improve transparency on highways. This move supports the Digital India initiative, ensuring faster, smoother, and more efficient toll collection across the country.
Electric Three-Wheeler Sales Report - September 2025: YC Electric and Dilli Electric Dominate

India’s electric three-wheeler market showed mixed trends in September 2025. E-cart sales grew 30.4% year-on-year, led by YC Electric and supported by Energy Electric and J.S. Auto. However, e-rickshaw sales dropped 20.5% year-on-year, with declines for YC Electric, Saera, and Dilli Electric. FADA reported 72,124 commercial vehicles sold in September 2025, down 4.59% MoM but up 2.66% YoY. Tata Motors led with 33.04% share, while Mahindra gained strong momentum. LCVs grew 6.03% YoY and MCVs 11.65%, showing solid demand. Despite minor dips in HCV sales, the CV market remains stable with rising interest in electric and last-mile mobility solutions.

Montra Electric launched the All-New SUPER AUTO at ₹3.79 lakh (post-subsidy) with a 160 km range. It features LED headlamps, tubeless tyres, and advanced suspension for comfort. Sonalika Achieves Record Monthly Sales with 20,786 Tractors in September 2025

Sonalika Tractors achieved record sales of 20,786 units in September 2025, nearly doubling August’s 10,932. Growth was driven by extended monsoon, GST reduction, and rising demand for modern, efficient tractors. Farmers’ trust in Sonalika’s technology and reliability, combined with supportive government policies, fueled this milestone, highlighting the brand’s strong role in India’s agricultural progress.

In September 2025, India’s tractor market sold 64,785 units. Mahindra led with 15,515 units (23.95%), followed by Swaraj at 11,559 (17.84%), and TAFE at 7,943 (12.26%). CNH Industrial showed strong YoY growth. Steady demand, favorable monsoon, and rising mechanisation boosted sales, while Mahindra, Swaraj, TAFE, and Escorts strengthened their presence across regions, reflecting farmer confidence.

Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the Mahindra Tractors Skill Development Centre at Government ITI, Gadchiroli, focusing on tractor and agri machinery training. Collaborating with DVET and MSSDS, the center aims to empower rural youth with technical skills, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities. This initiative supports Atmanirbhar Bharat, fosters self-reliance, and strengthens skilled manpower in India’s agricultural sector.
