Montra Electric, the clean mobility brand of the Murugappa Group, has launched the All-New SUPER AUTO electric three-wheeler in India. Priced at ₹3.79 lakh (post-subsidy, ex-showroom), this upgraded model brings major improvements in performance, comfort, and technology.
The launch also marks the beginning of the company’s new campaign, “Aap Ke Liye – Izzat Se” (Built with Respect for You), dedicated to recognizing and honoring India’s hardworking auto driver community.
The new SUPER AUTO has been re-engineered with several updates to improve the overall driving experience. It features best-in-class LED headlamps, which offer better visibility on narrow and poorly lit city streets.
The radial tubeless tyres enhance road grip and stability while reducing maintenance costs. Additionally, a new suspension system has been developed to ensure smoother rides and improved comfort for both driver and passengers.
The upgraded SUPER AUTO is now integrated with Montra Electric’s connected software platform – “One Montra Electric (1M)”. This digital system provides real-time data on vehicle performance, access to nearby charging stations, and other smart mobility features via a mobile interface.
With these connected capabilities, Montra aims to make EV ownership easier and more efficient for drivers and fleet operators.
According to the company, the All-New SUPER AUTO delivers a proven on-road range of 160 km per charge, making it ideal for daily city commutes and passenger transport operations.
Montra Electric has already deployed over 13,000 vehicles across Indian roads and maintains a strong 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) network covering more than 120 markets across the country.
The new electric three-wheeler is available in four vibrant color options – White, Blue, Green, and a sporty Black Edition with dynamic decals.
Deependra Sharma, CEO Designate of Montra Electric Last Mile (TI Clean Mobility), said the SUPER AUTO has been designed to offer the perfect balance of efficiency, reliability, and affordability for both drivers and fleet operators.
He added that the new campaign, “Aap Ke Liye – Izzat Se”, reflects the company’s commitment to empowering India’s driver community with sustainable and dignified mobility solutions.
Montra Electric operates across four major business verticals – Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Mid & Small Commercial Vehicles, Last Mile Three-Wheelers, and Electric Tractors.
Its product range includes the RHINO electric truck trailer, EVIATOR small commercial vehicle, SUPER CARGO delivery vehicle, and the E-27 electric tractor.
