Tractors and Farm Equipment (TAFE) Limited, one of India’s leading tractor manufacturers, made a strong global impression at Agritechnica 2025 in Germany by unveiling its new electric hybrid tractor, the TAFE EVX75. Alongside, the company showcased three new product ranges up to 100 HP, marking another major milestone in its global innovation strategy.

TAFE EVX75: A Step Toward Sustainable Farming

The TAFE EVX75 is powered by a 75 HP hybrid powertrain that combines an EU Stage V diesel engine with a 400 V electric battery system. The tractor can operate in zero-emission electric mode or hybrid mode for high-demand field tasks, offering both sustainability and performance.

Key features include:

  • A liquid-cooled high-voltage system

  • 3-speed transmission with speeds up to 40 km/h

  • Full HVAC cabin for operator comfort

  • Electro-hydraulic rear lift and independent PTO for efficient implement use

In addition, TAFE’s EV28 electric tractor was recognized as a finalist for the “Tractor of the Year (TOTY) 2026” in the Sustainable Tractor Category, reflecting the company’s growing strength in electric and hybrid innovation.

TAFE also launched Terra 2.0, a unified digital farming platform that integrates its vision-based guidance system Terra Vista. This platform supports smart, data-driven farming through precision guidance and monitoring technologies, helping farmers improve efficiency and crop productivity.
