SCHWING Stetter India is showcasing 27 concreting and construction equipment solutions at bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026, being held from September 15 to 18 at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida. The company’s display at Outdoor Stall F01 features equipment for batching, concrete pumping, transportation, self-loading, crushing, recycling and specialised construction applications.

The lineup combines new products, upgraded variants and existing machines designed for different stages of construction. The company is also highlighting AI, IoT, connected equipment and intelligent control systems, reflecting its focus on smarter and more efficient construction operations.

New Concrete Equipment on Display

One of the key launches is the SB 40 Single Belt Conveyor Batching Plant, which SCHWING Stetter India describes as its first batching plant using a single belt conveyor feeding concept.

The company is also displaying the AM 7 EV Electric Truck Mixer and AM 7 CNG Truck Mixer, offering alternative power options for concrete transportation. Other new equipment includes the SP 1907 E Stationary Pump and LP 1807 D City Line Pump.

The S 43 SX III Concrete Boom Pump is being showcased in an efficiency-focused version. Other specialised machines include the SLM 4300 NEU Self Loading Mixer, DMM H30 Dry Mix Mortar Plant, and TSR 22.11 Shotcrete Machine designed for tunnelling applications.

The lineup further includes the FBP 29 Truck Mixer Pump, which combines concrete transportation and pumping in one machine, along with the AFDS-1000 Automatic Fiber Dosing System.

Crushing and Specialised Solutions

For crushing applications, SCHWING Stetter India is displaying the SCC 300 Cone Crusher, SJC 4232 Jaw Crusher and RM 60 Rubble Master. These machines expand the company’s exhibition portfolio beyond concrete production and placement into material processing applications.

The company is also demonstrating a camera-assisted high-pressure cleaning system for batching plant mixers, which is designed to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.

Focus on Productivity, Safety and Global Markets

V.G. Sakthikumar, Chairman and Managing Director of SCHWING Stetter India, said changing equipment requirements are increasing the focus on productivity, energy consumption, safety and lifecycle operating costs. He added that AI, IoT, alternative power sources and intelligent controls are increasingly becoming part of equipment development.

SCHWING Stetter India said its Cheyyar facility in Tamil Nadu is now designing and engineering product lines to global standards. The company aims to strengthen its presence in developed markets, including the US and Europe, while using its Indian manufacturing base to serve both domestic and international customers.

The company has also recently established a concrete mixer factory in Jamshedpur, adding to its manufacturing operations across Tamil Nadu and Jamshedpur.
