Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), an Indian electric commercial vehicle manufacturer, has raised ₹50 crore in a strategic funding round to accelerate its expansion plans. The investment was co-led by Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma.
The fresh capital will help the company increase its manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development (R&D), expand its nationwide dealer and service network, and support the launch of new electric mobility products.
Omega Seiki Mobility said it will use the newly raised funds to scale operations at its manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune. The company also plans to invest in developing new electric vehicle technologies and expanding its product portfolio.
OSM currently manufactures a wide range of electric vehicles, including:
Electric cargo three-wheelers
Premium electric two-wheelers
Electric light commercial vehicles (e-LCVs)
The company aims to strengthen its presence in India's fast-growing electric mobility market through these investments.
Commenting on the funding, Dr. Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of Omega Seiki Mobility, said the investment reflects investors confidence in the company's vision, execution, and long-term strategy.
He stated that over the past eight years, the company has focused on manufacturing excellence, innovation, and financial discipline. As India's EV industry enters its next phase of growth, OSM remains committed to delivering sustainable mobility solutions while creating long-term value for customers, business partners, and investors.
Founded in 2018 under the Anglian Omega Group, Omega Seiki Mobility has steadily expanded its presence in India's electric commercial vehicle segment.

Revenue: Approximately ₹333 crore in FY26
Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹7.3 crore
EBITDA Margin: 7.7%
These financial results highlight the company's improving business performance as demand for electric commercial vehicles continues to grow.
Omega Seiki Mobility supplies electric commercial vehicles to several major logistics and e-commerce companies. Its customer base includes:

These partnerships have helped the company strengthen its position in India's commercial EV market.
The company also referred to a recent pre-IPO research report, which estimated Omega Seiki Mobility's valuation between ₹1,775 crore and ₹2,833 crore, reflecting investor confidence in its future growth potential.
With fresh funding, expanding manufacturing facilities, improving financial performance, and a growing customer base, Omega Seiki Mobility is preparing for the next stage of growth in India's electric commercial vehicle industry.
