MP Agricultural Equipment Subsidy 2026: Apply by August 4 for Happy Seeder, Smart Seeder and 3 More Farm Implements

Farmers in Madhya Pradesh have another opportunity to purchase modern agricultural equipment at subsidized rates. The Madhya Pradesh government has invited online applications for subsidies on five agricultural implements through the e-Krishi Yantra Anudan Portal. The application process started on July 27, 2026, and farmers can submit their applications until August 4, 2026.

Eligible applicants will be selected through a lottery scheduled for August 5, 2026. Farmers selected in the draw will receive subsidies on agricultural equipment as per the rules of the state government.

Subsidy Available on Five Agricultural Implements

In this phase, the government is offering subsidies on the following farm implements:

• Happy Seeder

• Smart Seeder

• Cleaner-cum-Grader

• Seed Treating Drum

• Zero Till Seed-cum-Fertilizer Drill

These implements are designed to improve farming efficiency, reduce input costs, and promote modern agricultural practices.

Security Deposit (DD) Is Mandatory

Farmers applying under the scheme must submit a security deposit in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) for the selected agricultural implement. The DD must be prepared from the applicant's own bank account in the name of the Assistant Agricultural Engineer of the respective district.

Applications submitted without the required security deposit will not be accepted. Farmers are advised to arrange the DD and other required documents before starting the online application process.

How Much Subsidy Will Farmers Get?

The subsidy amount depends on the farmer's category.

• Small, marginal, women, and Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) farmers can receive up to 50% subsidy on the cost of eligible agricultural equipment.

• General category farmers can receive up to 40% subsidy on the equipment cost.

Farmers can also estimate their expected subsidy by using the subsidy calculator available on the e-Krishi Yantra Anudan Portal before submitting their applications.

Documents Required for Online Application

Applicants must upload the following documents while applying online:

• Agri-Stack Farmer ID

• Aadhaar Card

• Copy of the first page of the bank passbook

• B-1 land record copy

• Tractor Registration Certificate (for tractor-operated implements)

• Scanned copy of the security deposit Demand Draft (DD)

• Caste certificate (only for SC/ST applicants)

Incomplete applications or missing documents may delay or reject the application.

Agri-Stack Farmer ID Is Now Mandatory

The Madhya Pradesh government has made the Agri-Stack Farmer ID compulsory for this subsidy scheme.

Farmers who do not yet have a Farmer ID must first register their agricultural land on the Agri-Stack portal and generate the Farmer ID. Only after completing this step will they be eligible to apply on the e-Krishi Yantra Anudan Portal.

Without a valid Farmer ID, the application cannot be submitted.

How to Apply for MP Agricultural Equipment Subsidy 2026

Farmers can apply online through the e-Krishi Yantra Anudan Portal.

• Existing users can log in using Aadhaar OTP and submit their applications.

• New applicants must first register through MP Online or a Common Service Centre (CSC) using biometric Aadhaar authentication.

• After registration, farmers can select the eligible agricultural implement and complete the online application process.
