Montra Electric Unveils ‘SUPER CARGO’ Electric three-wheeler in Bengaluru

Montra Electric, the clean mobility brand of the Murugappa Group, has launched its latest electric three-wheeler, the SUPER CARGO, aimed at last-mile cargo delivery. The SUPER CARGO three-wheeler is designed for efficient goods transport with a certified range of 200+ km and a real-life range of 170 km. The Price of SUPER CARGO starts at INR 4.37 lakh (ex-showroom Bengaluru, post-subsidy).

SUPER CARGO Performance and Features

The vehicle is powered by a 13.8 kWh lithium-ion battery, producing 70 Nm of torque and 11 kW peak power. It has a gradeability of 23%, making it suitable for varied terrains. With a gross vehicle weight of 1.2 tonnes, it comes with a 5-year or 1.75 lakh km battery warranty. It also has the longest wheelbase in its category, adding to its stability and cargo capacity.

The SUPER CARGO has:

  • Boron Steel Chassis
  • Front disc brakes
  • Hill holds feature
  • Reverse assist
  • Seat belts
  • Regenerative braking
  • Multiple drive modes

Fast Charging in 15 Minutes

Two variants of the SUPER CARGO support 100% charging in just 15 minutes, thanks to a partnership with Exponent Energy. This allows commercial users to increase daily trips and maximize earnings.

Multiple Variants and Colors

The SUPER CARGO comes in three cargo body types:

  • Tray eCX
  • 140 cu.ft eCX d
  • 170 cu.ft eCX d+

Two fast-charging variants are also available:

  • Tray eQX
  • 170 cu.ft eQX d+

Customers can choose from Chilli Red, Steel Grey, Indian Blue, and Stallion Brown. Bookings are now open across showrooms in more than 90 cities.
