Atul Auto reported a 4.79% year-on-year increase in total three-wheeler sales in October 2026, reaching 4,204 units compared with 4,012 units in October 2025. The growth was mainly supported by stronger demand for internal combustion engine (ICE) three-wheelers, while electric vehicle (EV) sales recorded a decline during the month.

The company's domestic sales remained almost flat, with a marginal improvement over the previous year. However, the overall performance received support from higher ICE sales across domestic and export markets.

On the other hand, the company's electric three-wheeler sales declined by 23.29% to 731 units in October 2026, compared with 953 units in October 2025. The monthly performance highlights the stronger contribution of ICE models to Atul Auto's overall sales growth, while lower EV volumes remained a key area of concern.

Atul Auto April-October FY2026-27 Sales Increase 28.77%

Atul Auto also reported strong growth in its cumulative sales performance during the first seven months of FY2026-27. Between April and October 2026, the company sold 25,998 three-wheelers across domestic and export markets, compared with 20,190 units during the corresponding period of FY2025-26. This represents a significant year-on-year growth of 28.77%.

ICE three-wheelers continued to be the biggest contributor to this performance. Sales of ICE models increased by 38.89% to 21,492 units during April-October FY2026-27, compared with 15,474 units in the same period last financial year.

Meanwhile, cumulative EV sales declined by 4.45% to 4,506 units from 4,716 units recorded during April-October FY2025-26. This indicates that the company's overall year-to-date growth was largely driven by stronger demand for ICE-powered three-wheelers, even as electric three-wheeler sales remained under pressure.

Atul Auto Domestic Sales Grow 24.06% in April-October

In the domestic market, Atul Auto recorded cumulative sales of 22,220 three-wheelers during April-October FY2026-27, registering a 24.06% increase compared with 17,910 units sold in the same period last financial year.

However, domestic EV sales declined by 4.21% to 4,506 units from 4,716 units in the corresponding period last year. The domestic performance reflects the growing contribution of ICE models to Atul Auto's sales, while EV volumes have yet to return to growth.

CMV360 Says

Atul Auto delivered positive sales growth in October 2026, supported mainly by stronger ICE three-wheeler demand. Its cumulative performance during April-October FY2026-27 also remained strong, with total sales increasing 28.77%. However, declining EV volumes highlight a challenge for the company. Going forward, maintaining ICE sales momentum while improving electric three-wheeler demand will be important for its overall growth.
