Montra Electric has opened its first dealership for electric small commercial vehicles (e-SCV) in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, as part of its expansion in Karnataka. The dealership, in partnership with TVS Vehicle Mobility Solution Pvt. Ltd offers a 3S facility (Sales, Service, Spares, and Charging) at 45/4, Industrial Suburb, Tumkur Road, Yeshwanthpur.

The inauguration event was attended by Saju Nair, CEO of TIVOLT Electric Vehicles, and Madhu Raghunath, CEO of TVS Vehicle Mobility Solution Pvt. Ltd, along with key stakeholders like dealers, customers, and suppliers.

Montra Electric is expanding its dealership and service network to improve after-sales support and strengthen its position in the electric vehicle market. The launch of this dealership is part of the company’s larger strategy to promote sustainable mobility solutions in India.

Leadership Insights:

Speaking at the event, Saju Nair highlighted Karnataka as a key market for Montra Electric. He emphasized the company’s focus on offering electric commercial vehicles and related services. Nair also stated that the partnership with TVS Vehicle Mobility Solutions would improve customer access to e-SCVs and enhance after-sales support.

Madhu Raghunath mentioned that the collaboration with Montra Electric would strengthen the brand's presence in the region and expand its service network. He added that the partnership aims to offer efficient mobility solutions to meet the needs of commercial vehicle operators.

Montra Electric’s latest e-SCV model

The dealership will showcase Montra Electric’s latest e-SCV model, the EVIATOR. It offers a certified range of 245 km and a real-world range of 170 km. Powered by an 80 kW motor with 300 Nm torque, the truck is built for commercial use. It also comes with a warranty of up to seven years or 2.5 lakh kilometers and includes advanced telematics for better fleet management.
