Key Highlights:
ILine, a growing tech company, has launched two new mobile applications – the ILine Customer App and the ILine Pilot App. These new apps aim to make last-mile delivery smoother, faster, and greener, especially with the use of electric vehicles (EVs).
ILine Customer App
The ILine Customer App has been designed to make scheduling EV deliveries quick and hassle-free. With just a few taps on the phone, users can either book instant deliveries or schedule them according to their convenience. One of the biggest highlights of the app is its real-time tracking feature. Customers can see exactly where their package is and get accurate delivery timings with the help of AI-based Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) updates.
When it comes to payment, ILine has kept things simple and flexible. Customers can pay through credit or debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. To ensure safety, deliveries are confirmed using an OTP, and customers receive a photo verification of the delivered package. ILine has also kept sustainability in mind. The app includes a CO₂ Savings Tracker and a Green Rewards Program that encourages users to make eco-friendly choices. This way, every delivery not only becomes easier but also greener.
ILine Pilot App
Along with customers, ILine is also focusing on making the life of delivery drivers better. The ILine Pilot App has been specially built to help drivers manage their rides smartly and improve their earnings.
The app offers AI-powered auto-assignment of rides and optimized routes, helping drivers save time and conserve battery life. It also monitors the EV’s battery levels in real-time and guides drivers to the nearest charging stations, ensuring that deliveries are never delayed due to low battery issues.
Moreover, the app gives drivers access to financial tools like an earnings summary, instant withdrawal of payments, and tracking of incentives. Safety remains a top priority, and features like OTP-based delivery completion, photo proof of delivered packages, and an SOS panic button for emergencies are all included.
Leadership Insights:
Talking about the new apps, Prakarsh Dwivedi, CEO of ILine, shared that the company’s mission goes beyond just launching apps. He said that ILine is working towards creating a smarter, greener, and more efficient EV logistics ecosystem using AI and sustainable technology. According to him, these new applications are a step forward in adopting cleaner mobility solutions and making last-mile deliveries more intelligent and eco-friendly.
He added that integrating AI in delivery services not only improves efficiency but also helps create a cleaner world for future generations. For ILine, the real success lies in making technology work in favor of both people and the planet.
