New Delhi, 19 November: Euler Motors has introduced Euler Prime, a new real-time and on-the-spot support solution designed to offer faster and smarter vehicle assistance to customers across 45+ cities in India. This service aims to ensure maximum uptime for Euler Motors electric vehicles by providing quick repairs, predictive maintenance, and proactive response—right where customers need it.
Euler Prime is designed to offer rapid response in case of any vehicle breakdown, whether inside the city or on the outskirts. The company is deploying trained teams using mobile bikes and vans to reach customers in as little as 90 minutes in urban areas.

The initial rollout begins in:
Delhi
Gurgaon
Noida
Lucknow
Kanpur
Patna
The service will expand to more locations soon as part of Euler Motors plan to cover 45+ cities across India.
At the heart of Euler Prime is Shepherd, the company’s advanced vehicle intelligence platform. Shepherd helps:
Perform live diagnostics
Enable remote monitoring
Deliver predictive maintenance
This smart system detects early signs of potential failures even before the driver notices an issue. It also ensures seamless connectivity between vehicles, service teams, and backend operations, leading to quicker resolutions and minimal downtime.
According to Ashish Tandon, Global Head of Customer Excellence at Euler Motors, the new service marks a major step forward in offering a seamless ownership experience.
He stated that Euler Prime has been designed to ensure the “highest utilization of EV assets,” giving customers more earning opportunities by reducing downtime. Combining fast on-ground assistance with Shepherd’s intelligence allows the company to act before a small issue becomes a major problem.
Tandon added, “This is about delivering confidence on wheels, acting before a problem becomes a roadblock and turning service into a true enabler of productivity and profitability.”
Euler Prime will be available:
At no extra cost for all new customers
For AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) customers
For existing customers on a paid basis
Response Timelines
Urban areas: Prime teams aim to reach within 90 minutes
Outer-city and highway locations: Response and resolution within 4–5 hours, depending on distance
