CASE India has appointed Sachin Tare as Director - Manufacturing.
He will lead manufacturing operations at the Pithampur plant near Indore.
Tare brings over 30 years of automotive and engineering industry experience.
He previously held leadership roles at Mahindra & Mahindra and BirlaNu Ltd.
The Pithampur plant manufactures backhoe loaders and vibratory compactors for India and exports to over 100 countries.
CASE Construction Equipment has announced the appointment of Sachin Tare as its new Director - Manufacturing for the company's manufacturing facility in Pithampur, near Indore, Madhya Pradesh. With more than three decades of experience in the automotive and engineering sectors, Tare will lead the plant's manufacturing operations and strengthen the company's production capabilities for both domestic and global markets.
In his new role, Sachin Tare will oversee manufacturing operations at CASE India's Pithampur plant. His responsibilities include improving operational efficiency, maintaining high product quality, and increasing productivity to meet growing demand in India while supporting the company's export commitments.
The appointment is expected to further strengthen CASE India's manufacturing operations and enhance the plant's ability to serve customers across multiple markets.
Sachin Tare has more than 30 years of experience across the automotive and engineering industries. Before joining CASE Construction Equipment, he spent nearly three decades at Mahindra & Mahindra, where he held several senior leadership positions in manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and logistics.
Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President - Operations at BirlaNu Ltd., formerly known as HIL Ltd.
Throughout his career, Tare has led several key initiatives, including:
Greenfield manufacturing project execution
Capacity expansion programs
New product industrialization
Operational transformation projects
His extensive leadership experience is expected to support CASE India's long-term manufacturing and operational goals.
The Pithampur facility is CASE Construction Equipment's primary manufacturing hub for the Asia-Pacific region. The plant manufactures a range of construction equipment, including backhoe loaders and vibratory compactors.
Apart from meeting domestic demand, the facility also exports equipment to more than 100 countries, making it a key production and export center for the company.
With Sachin Tare taking charge of manufacturing operations, CASE India aims to further improve efficiency, quality standards, and production capacity at its Pithampur plant. His extensive experience in manufacturing leadership and operational excellence is expected to support the company's domestic growth while strengthening its global supply capabilities.
