CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has expanded its customer support infrastructure in Faridabad with the inauguration of a new 6,000-square-foot facility. The new centre aims to strengthen the company's presence across the National Capital Region (NCR) and improve service support for construction equipment customers in northern India.
The facility has been developed to meet the growing demand for construction machinery and provide customers with better access to spare parts, maintenance and equipment-related services.
New Facility Doubles Parts Storage Capacity
One of the key features of the new Faridabad facility is its expanded parts storage capacity, which is twice as large as the company's previous infrastructure. This will help improve spare parts availability and support faster service requirements for customers in the region.
The premises also include a dedicated service workshop that can accommodate 10 to 12 machines simultaneously. This expanded workshop infrastructure is expected to improve the company's ability to handle equipment servicing and maintenance requirements.
In addition, the facility features a dedicated equipment display section showcasing four CASE machinery models. This will allow customers to explore the company's equipment range and understand its suitability for different construction and infrastructure applications.
CASE Strengthens Its Presence in the NCR Market
The inauguration marks another step in CASE Construction Equipment's expansion in Faridabad. The company established its first company-owned and company-operated showroom in India in the city in 2018.
Commenting on the development, Ravindra Ashtekar, Head of Network Development at CASE Construction Equipment, said that the NCR region is an important market for construction equipment, with demand driven by ongoing infrastructure development and varied customer requirements.
He added that strengthening the company's presence in the region is an important part of its efforts to remain accessible to customers and provide dependable support.
