Propel Industries Private Limited has made a strong impact at EXCON 2025 by launching four advanced electric tipper models along with a new connectivity platform and after-sales service program. The event took place in Bengaluru in the presence of Dr. Soumya Ranjan Samal, Founder and CMD of Kalinga Commercial Corporation Limited, and Mr. J Rudrasekar, Director of RAJIRAJ MINERALS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Propel introduced four new electric tipper models designed for heavy-duty mining and construction:
90CED – An ultra-fast charging 90-tonne electric dumper with a massive 34 cubic metre struck volume. It comes with battery options ranging from 310 to 650kWh, ADAS Level 1 safety, electronic braking, fatigue monitoring, and DGMS-compliant safety features.
70CED – An 8x4 mining tipper with a 25 cubic metre rock body capacity.
560HEV-X – An 8x4 construction tipper offering a 25 cubic metre box body.
470MEV Gen-2 – A 6x4 model with a 20 cubic metre rock body and three battery pack options.
All models come with lithium-ion batteries, an in-built battery firewall, automatic fire detection and suppression, and a 5,000-cycle or 5-year warranty.
Along with the vehicles, Propel launched:

V. Senthilkumar, Managing Director of Propel Industries, said that the new platforms have been designed to meet the real needs of heavy-duty mining and construction sites. He added that the company aims to strengthen India’s electric heavy-duty ecosystem with high productivity, reliability, and safety.
Siddarth Kirtane, President of EV Sales, Marketing and Service, highlighted Propel’s progress since entering the EV truck segment in 2023. He shared that Propel electric trucks have already completed over 5 lakh operating hours, and the first batch of eight trucks clocked 12,500 hours in two years, proving their strong uptime and reliability.
