At the exhibition, ACE showcased innovations across multiple equipment categories, highlighting advanced engineering and practical site-focused solutions.
ACE launched the NX 230 and FC 150 pick and carry cranes.
The NX 230 features a single-chassis design that improves machine stability during lifting operations.
The FC 150 comes with a clutchless transmission system, aimed at smoother operation and reduced operator fatigue.
The F250 Ultra pick and carry crane was also showcased with three in-house safety technologies:
Safe Crane Operation System (SCOS)
Advanced Load Sensing System (ALSS)
Remote Articulation Stability (RAS)
These systems are designed to enhance load control, stability, and overall operational safety.
ACE introduced the AP25T articulated truck-mounted platform, offering a 300 kg load capacity, suitable for maintenance and elevated work applications.
The company also presented the ASL 08/12/14 scissor lift series, which uses AC brushless drive technology for improved efficiency and low maintenance.
In the telehandler segment, ACE launched the AT30 telehandler, capable of lifting 3 tonnes with a maximum lifting height of 11.5 meters, making it suitable for construction and industrial handling tasks.
ACE expanded its lifting solutions with the FT 6040 flat-top tower crane, equipped with a 60-meter jib, aimed at high-rise and large infrastructure projects.
For vertical material movement, the company introduced its first passenger and material hoist, powered by a 32 kW motor system.
In road construction and compaction equipment, ACE launched the ADD 95 tandem roller, featuring both vibration and oscillation controls for better surface finishing and performance.
Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Palwal, Haryana, ACE manufactures a wide range of equipment, including mobile cranes, tower cranes, backhoe loaders, and aerial work platforms. The company operates through 125+ locations across India, supported by 13 regional offices, and exports to 37 countries in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
Executive Director Sorab Agarwal stated that the new products reflect ACE’s strong engineering capabilities and deep understanding of on-site project requirements. He highlighted the company’s focus on productivity, safety, and managing operating costs for customers.
ACE also confirmed that most systems and components in the newly launched equipment have been developed domestically, aligning with its manufacturing-led approach.
The new product range is aligned with ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects across India, including roads, railways, metro networks, and industrial corridors. With these launches, ACE aims to meet the growing demand for reliable, safe, and efficient construction equipment in a rapidly expanding infrastructure market.
