Key Highlights

  • Zingbus targets ₹350 crore revenue in FY26.

  • Added 28 new routes across North and South India.

  • Operates 300+ buses in 200 cities and 20+ states.

  • Served 3 million travellers and completed 6 million journeys.

  • Offset over 593,000 kg of CO₂ through EV initiatives.

Intercity bus aggregator Zingbus has set a revenue target of over ₹350 crore for the financial year 2025–26 (FY26), signalling strong growth ambitions. The projection reflects a year-on-year increase compared to FY25, as per financial statements filed with the Registrar of Companies.

Expansion Across North and South India

To support its growth plans, Zingbus has expanded its network by adding 28 new routes under its Zingbus Maxx and Zingbus Plus services. These routes cover key locations across North and South India. The company has also strengthened services on existing routes by increasing fleet deployment, offering passengers more travel time options and better availability.

Focus on Demand-Led Growth and Efficiency

Commenting on the expansion, Prashant Kumar, Co-founder and CEO of Zingbus, said the company is focusing on demand-driven route additions where passenger demand is consistently high. He added that Zingbus aims to scale operations while keeping operational efficiency at the core of its strategy.

Asset-Light Model Driving Scale

Zingbus follows an asset-light business model, working in partnership with bus operators instead of owning buses directly. This approach has helped the company double its fleet size year after year and steadily move towards profitability. So far, Zingbus has served around 3 million travellers across its growing network.

Electric Buses and Sustainability Initiatives

As part of its sustainability efforts, Zingbus has introduced electric buses into its fleet. Through its electric vehicle initiatives and green programs, the company has offset more than 593,000 kilograms of CO₂ emissions. These figures have been measured in collaboration with climate-impact partner Climes.

Wide Network Presence and Future Plans

Currently, Zingbus operates over 300 buses connecting more than 200 cities across 20+ states in India. The company has completed nearly 6 million journeys to date. Looking ahead, Zingbus plans to launch additional routes in South India while continuing to strengthen partnerships with bus operators to further expand its intercity network.
