Restored 356 water bodies across 10 districts.
Created nearly 700 crore litres of water storage capacity.
Benefited 7,000 farmers and 2.9 lakh villagers by ensuring water for farming and daily use.
The programme is based on government convergence, community ownership, and digital monitoring. For FY26, Tata Motors plans to rejuvenate 1,000 water bodies in 25+ districts.
Tata Motors expanded its Integrated Village Development Programme (IVDP), first launched in 2018. It is now active in 16 gram panchayats across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh.
In FY25, IVDP was introduced in Shravasti and Balrampur, two underdeveloped districts in UP. The programme is aligned with 13 Sustainable Development Goals and connects with 48 government schemes, addressing nine key areas including health, education, and livelihoods.
In Palghar’s tribal belt, IVDP has improved the lives of 18,000+ people by enabling better access to basic facilities.

1,814 women were enrolled in health schemes.
Children were given access to education and skill development.
Four youth from the community joined Tata Motors under NAPS for apprenticeships.
