PPS Trucking, part of one of India’s largest automobile retail conglomerates, has expanded its BharatBenz servicing and spares network in Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The company inaugurated three new touchpoints at Ayodhya, Gorakhpur, and Gorakhpur Town to strengthen service, repair, and spare parts availability for BharatBenz customers.
The highlight of this expansion is a state-of-the-art workshop at Sohawal, Ayodhya, strategically located on the Ayodhya-Lucknow Highway beside Trimurti Dhaba. This 10,000 sq. ft. facility lies on one of the busiest truck routes on the Delhi-Guwahati Highway. It is equipped with 3 modern service bays, capable of servicing up to 1,500 vehicles annually. A team of 20 trained professionals will provide 24x7 breakdown and accidental assistance to BharatBenz customers.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Gaurav Srivastava, Head of Network Strategy and Dealer Development at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, and Mr. Anshuman Kumar, Zonal Manager (North & East Region), Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, along with senior officials, fleet operators, and over 50 prominent customers.
Along with Ayodhya, PPS Trucking also inaugurated:
A 34,000 sq. ft. service workshop on Lucknow-Gorakhpur Highway at Kasarwal, Sahjanwa, GIDA, Gorakhpur. This facility houses 5 service bays, staffed by 30 professional experts, offering round-the-clock vehicle servicing support.
A spares outlet at Kashrauli Village, near Gorakhpur Transport Nagar on Varanasi Highway, which ensures the availability of genuine BharatBenz spare parts for commercial vehicle owners.
With these three touchpoints, PPS Trucking ensures that any BharatBenz customer in Eastern Uttar Pradesh can now access service support within a 2-hour travel window.
With the latest expansion, PPS Trucking has increased its BharatBenz network to 59 touchpoints across seven states and union territories, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Odisha, Assam, and Meghalaya.
Speaking about the development, Mr. Rajiv Sanghvi, Managing Director, PPS Trucking, said:
“We are delighted to further strengthen our network with the addition of 3 new PPS Trucking-BharatBenz service workshops and spare parts outlets, taking our network in Central and Eastern Uttar Pradesh to 18 touchpoints. This expansion underscores our commitment to providing a best-in-class ownership experience, maximizing vehicle uptime, and enhancing customer profitability.”
The Ayodhya facility also contributes to PPS Trucking’s plan to expand further, with 7 more workshops expected to open soon in Uttar Pradesh.
