Mahindra & Mahindra, one of the country's leading automotive manufacturers, has released its commercial vehicle sales report for February 2024. Mahindra witnessed a 10.65% increase in domestic CV sales. The figures rose from 26,193 units in February 2023 to 28,983 units in February 2024.

Category-wise Sales Breakdown

Domestic Commercial Vehicle Sales – February 2024

LCV<2T: 65% Growth

The LCV <2T category recorded a significant growth of 65%, with sales reaching 4,146 units in February 2024 compared to 2,515 units in the same month last year.

LCV 2 T–3.5 T: 8% Decline

Mahindra's LCV 2T–3.5T category experienced an 8% decline, closing February 2024 with 15,779 units, down from 17,241 units in February 2023.

LCV > 3.5T + MHCV: 167% Growth

The LCV > 3.5T + MHCV category experienced an impressive growth of 167%, selling 2,900 CVs in February 2024, compared to 1,087 units in February 2023.

Three-wheelers (Including Electric 3Ws): 15% Growth

The 3-wheelers category, including electric three-wheelers, saw an increase in sales. The three-wheeler segment sold 6,158 units in February 2024, compared to 5,350 units in February 2023, representing a 15% Growth.

Mahindra, a globally renowned CV maker present in 100+ countries, reported a decline in Export CV Sales in February 2024. The sales count dropped to 1,539 units, representing a significant 32% decrease from 2,250 units in February 2023.
