Mahindra increases CV prices by an average of 2% from 10 July 2026.
Price hike is due to rising commodity and manufacturing costs.
Steel, aluminium, copper, rubber, and plastic costs have increased.
Transportation, energy, and supplier sourcing expenses also rose.
Final price increase will vary depending on the model and variant.
Mahindra & Mahindra has announced a price increase across its commercial vehicle (CV) range, effective from 10 July 2026. The company has increased prices by an average of 2%, citing rising commodity and manufacturing costs as the primary reason for the revision. The exact increase will vary depending on the commercial vehicle model and variant.
Mahindra said the decision was taken due to the continuous rise in the prices of key raw materials used in vehicle manufacturing. These include steel, aluminium, copper, rubber, and plastics, all of which have become more expensive over time.
Apart from raw materials, the company also highlighted higher transportation, energy, and supplier sourcing costs, which have increased overall production expenses. To offset a part of these rising costs, Mahindra has revised the prices of its commercial vehicle lineup.
In its official announcement, Mahindra said:
"Mahindra and Mahindra today announced an average price increase of 2 percent on its Commercial Vehicle (CV) range effective July 10, 2026. This price increase is attributed to mainly commodity cost escalations. The extent of the price increase will vary across specific products."
The company clarified that the 2% increase is an average across its commercial vehicle portfolio. This means the actual price hike will differ based on the specific model and variant selected by customers.
Buyers planning to purchase a Mahindra commercial vehicle are advised to check the latest ex-showroom prices with authorised dealerships from 10 July 2026 before finalising their purchase.

Mahindra's latest price revision reflects the growing impact of higher raw material and manufacturing costs on the commercial vehicle industry. While the average increase is limited to 2%, the final price change will depend on the chosen model and variant. Customers planning to buy a Mahindra commercial vehicle may benefit from checking the updated prices after the new rates come into effect on 10 July 2026.
