Mahindra Truck and Bus, part of the Mahindra Group, has launched the all-new BLAZO i-TRK, a next-generation Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) designed around one clear promise to transporters and fleet owners, ‘Profit Ka Rocket’.
Rather than being positioned simply as a truck, the BLAZO i-TRK has been developed as a complete business solution combining fuel efficiency, performance, connected technologies, driver comfort and service support. Mahindra says the truck can deliver up to 10% better fuel efficiency and has the potential to generate up to ₹15 lakh additional profit per truck over five years*.
The BLAZO i-TRK also introduces an industry-first 48-hour Uptime Guarantee*, along with advanced technologies aimed at helping fleet owners Earn More, Run More and Control More.

Mahindra has built the BLAZO i-TRK around three customer-focused promises - Earn More, Run More and Control More.
The BLAZO i-TRK offers up to 10% better fuel efficiency through a combination of hardware and software technologies.
One of its key technologies is iFuelSmart, India's first AI-enabled automatic drive mode in the Heavy Commercial Vehicle segment. The system continuously analyses factors such as road gradients, payload and driving conditions and automatically selects the most suitable operating mode.
This removes the need for drivers to manually select driving modes and helps the truck consistently operate in a fuel-efficient manner under changing conditions.
The truck also gets TurboMAXX, a turbocharger designed to deliver higher boost pressure and improve airflow into the engine. Better airflow supports efficient combustion, stronger low-end torque, smoother driving and improved fuel economy. The stronger pulling power at lower engine speeds also reduces the need for frequent gear changes.
Another technology is OptiFuel, an intelligent optimised power reduction air compressor. It automatically disengages once the required air pressure is achieved, reducing unnecessary power consumption and allowing more engine power to be used for vehicle movement.
Together, these technologies are designed to reduce fuel consumption and operating costs. Mahindra estimates that the cumulative savings can translate into up to ₹15 lakh additional profit per truck over five years*.
The entire BLAZO i-TRK range is powered by Mahindra's 7.2-litre 320 HP mPOWER engine, making Mahindra the only OEM in the segment to offer this power node across its entire Heavy Commercial Vehicle range.
The engine produces 1,100 Nm of torque between 1,100 and 1,700 rpm, providing strong pulling power, better gradeability and smooth cruising across different road and load conditions.
Its broad torque band reduces the need for frequent gear changes, supporting smoother operation, better fuel efficiency, improved driver comfort and lower operating costs.
Mahindra has also focused heavily on vehicle uptime. Every BLAZO i-TRK is supported by a comprehensive service assurance programme designed to keep the truck available for business for longer.
The key offering is an industry-first 48-hour Uptime Guarantee*. If the vehicle is not put back on the road within the committed 48-hour period*, eligible customers can receive ₹10,000 per day*.
The service network is supported by Mahindra Quick Service Points, or mQSPs, located within 75 km on National Highways and 50 km on State Highways, along with an expanding nationwide network of service centres.
Mahindra is also offering a Parts Supply Guarantee* covering 250 critical parts* across its dealer network.
If an eligible guaranteed part is not made available within the committed 24-hour period, the customer will be entitled to receive the respective part free of cost*, subject to the applicable terms.
The BLAZO i-TRK also comes with a class-leading warranty covering more than 100 parts.
Mahindra has equipped the BLAZO i-TRK with features aimed at reducing driver fatigue and improving productivity.
The COMFiMAXX suspended seat is three-way adjustable and adapts according to the driver's weight. It reduces vibrations and road shocks while supporting better posture and comfort during long hours behind the wheel.
The EzyCruise cruise control system maintains a constant cruising speed without continuous accelerator input. It helps reduce fatigue, supports controlled fuel delivery and makes long-distance highway driving smoother.
Unlike systems on competing vehicles, EzyCruise uses ergonomically positioned dashboard-mounted buttons for easier operation.
The truck also features a spacious factory-fitted AC cabin designed around driver comfort. The entertainment system includes Bluetooth connectivity, FM/AM radio, USB charging, AUX support and a dedicated microphone for hands-free calls.
A Bluetooth-enabled music system with mic for hands-free and safer communication is also part of the overall comfort package.
The BLAZO i-TRK additionally gets a heavy-duty 430 mm clutch with an integrated wear indicator on all 9-speed transmission models. The larger clutch is designed for smoother torque transfer, better heat dissipation and longer clutch life while reducing maintenance requirements and gear-shifting effort.
The BLAZO i-TRK comes with iMAXX 2.0, Mahindra's next-generation connected vehicle and fleet telematics platform.
The system provides fleet owners with real-time information about vehicle health, driver performance, maintenance requirements and overall operational efficiency through desktop and mobile interfaces.
Remote AC Management: Fleet owners can remotely enable or disable the AC according to operational requirements, helping optimise fuel usage while maintaining driver comfort.
Remote Vehicle Crank Inhibit: Owners can remotely prevent unauthorised engine starting, providing greater security against theft or misuse.
Air Filter Clogging Alerts: The system monitors air-filter condition and sends alerts when clogging is detected, allowing timely action to protect performance and fuel efficiency.
DPF Performance Alerts: Real-time DPF monitoring supports timely regeneration and helps reduce the risk of breakdowns, costly repairs and downtime.
Distance-to-Empty Monitoring: The system provides information about remaining driving range for both diesel and AdBlue, helping operators plan refuelling more efficiently.
FleetSense Reports: These reports provide insights into fleet utilisation, vehicle performance and operational trends to support better route planning and business decisions.
ScoreMAXX Driver Performance Analytics: The system generates driver scorecards based on driving behaviour and vehicle operation, helping fleet owners identify areas for improvement and promote fuel-efficient driving.
Optional Driver Monitoring System: Available as a dealer-fitment, the two-way camera-based system monitors the road ahead and can provide driver recognition, seat-belt usage and fatigue or drowsiness alerts to support safer operations.
Mahindra has also enhanced its NOW 24x7 mobile application as part of the BLAZO i-TRK ecosystem.
The app provides fleet owners with an end-to-end digital connection with Mahindra. Users can:
Raise, track and close breakdown assistance requests
Book service appointments
View complete vehicle service history
Request roadside assistance
Order spare parts directly
Monitor the breakdown van location in real time
Access digital repair approvals and service updates
Set appointments and receive reminders so service intervals are not missed
By bringing service, maintenance and fleet-related activities onto one platform, the app is designed to simplify fleet management, improve response times and reduce downtime.
For greater control over ownership costs, Mahindra is offering customised and long-term mCARE Annual Maintenance Contracts and Extended Warranty plans.
These include 6Y/6L and 8Y/8L options, while extended warranty plans of 6,000 to 10,000 hours are available for tippers.
The plans are designed to provide more predictable maintenance expenses and greater peace of mind throughout the ownership period.
The BLAZO i-TRK introduces Mahindra's INTELLICORE design philosophy for its Heavy Commercial Vehicle range.
The philosophy combines professional intelligence and purpose with the vehicle's design, bringing together appearance, usability and functionality.
The truck features a wide, commanding grille and full-size high-performance headlamps that give it a bold road presence. Inside, the cabin has been designed as a driver's office, with an ergonomic layout that keeps important functions within easy reach.
The distinctive Skyline Blue colour reflects the truck's calm, confident and professional character. The BLAZO i-TRK range will be offered in three colours and will be available across different variants and applications.
The BLAZO i-TRK is also factory-engineered to be Aero Kit-ready, allowing easier installation of an Aero Kit in the field.
The design is intended to improve aerodynamics and can help further enhance fuel efficiency. Factory-engineered provisions also reduce the possibility of cabin leakages, rusting and structural damage that may result from conventional aftermarket modifications.
This approach supports better aerodynamic performance while helping maintain long-term vehicle durability.
Commenting on the launch, Vinod Sahay, President - Trucks & Buses, Executive Chairman - SML Mahindra and Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra Group, said India's freight and logistics industry is entering a new phase where technology, reliability and operational efficiency will increasingly determine competitive advantage.
He said Mahindra's ambition is not only to build better trucks but also to shape the future of commercial mobility through innovation and stronger customer partnerships.
According to Sahay, the BLAZO i-TRK represents this approach through intelligent trucking and carries the ‘Profit Ka Rocket’ proposition, with the potential to increase profit by up to ₹15 lakh per truck over five years compared with other trucks in the industry*. He also highlighted its industry-first uptime guarantee.
The new BLAZO i-TRK brings together fuel-saving technologies, a 320 HP engine, intelligent fleet telematics, driver-focused comfort, digital service support, maintenance plans and uptime assurances in one package.
With Earn More, Run More and Control More forming the core of its proposition, Mahindra is positioning the BLAZO i-TRK as more than a Heavy Commercial Vehicle. The truck is designed as a complete profitability ecosystem that helps transporters increase earnings, improve vehicle utilisation, reduce operating expenses and maintain greater control over their fleets throughout the ownership lifecycle.
