Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Business has strengthened its presence in Haryana by opening a new 3S dealership in Hisar. The facility, inaugurated on Tuesday, becomes the company’s 97th dealership and is operated by J K Automart. This launch reflects Mahindra’s ongoing expansion and commitment to better customer support across India.

State-of-the-Art Facility with 24x7 Support

The new Hisar dealership comes equipped with five service bays, allowing it to service more than six vehicles each day. To ensure maximum convenience for customers and drivers, it also offers:

  • Driver lodging facilities

  • Round-the-clock breakdown assistance (24x7)

  • Availability of AdBlue

The new centre strengthens Mahindra’s footprint in the region and improves support for fleet owners and truck operators.

Part of a Strong and Growing National Network

The inauguration follows four continuous years of volume growth for Mahindra’s commercial vehicle division. With the combined network of Mahindra Trucks and Buses and SML, the company now operates:

  • 203 3S dealerships

  • 137 2S dealerships

  • 273 authorised workshops

This nationwide network is designed to provide faster service, better accessibility, and enhanced customer care for all truck and bus categories.

Company Leaders Highlight Customer-Centric Growth

Speaking at the inauguration, Vinod Sahay, President – Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment, and Member of the Group Executive Board, said: “Delighted to inaugurate our new state-of-the-art dealership in Hisar. M/s J K Automart becomes the 97th dealership of Mahindra Trucks and Buses. Together, Mahindra Trucks and Buses and SML now have 203 dealerships, 137 2S dealerships and 273 authorized workshops across the country, providing world-class customer care to our valued customers. The Mahindra Group now holds close to 7% market share in trucks and buses, with a 24% market share in I&LCV buses. We are targeting to increase our market share to 10-12% by FY31 and over 20% by FY36.”

Market Share Targets and Product Range

Mahindra currently has:

  • ~7% market share in the trucks and buses segment

  • 24% market share in the I&LCV bus category

The company aims to reach:

  • 10–12% share by FY31

  • Over 20% market share by FY36

Mahindra’s commercial vehicle lineup includes:

  • Vehicle back on the road within 48 hours

    • Else Rs 1,000 per day compensation

  • 36-hour turnaround at dealer workshops

    • Else Rs 3,000 per day compensation

Manufacturing and Service Infrastructure

Mahindra manufactures its heavy commercial vehicles at its 700-acre Chakan plant in Pune, developed with investments of over Rs 4,000 crore. Light commercial vehicles are produced at the Zaheerabad plant in Telangana.

The service ecosystem includes:

  • 2,000+ spares retailers

  • 200+ mobile service vans

  • 22 M-Parts Plaza outlets for quick spares delivery

  • NOW 24x7 multi-lingual helpline staffed by technical experts

Additionally, all Mahindra trucks and buses come with iMAXX telematics, offering:

  • Driver behaviour monitoring
