Eicher Trucks & Buses Opens New 3S Dealership for Pro X Range in Delhi

Key Highlights:

  • Eicher opened a new 3S dealership in Nangli Poona, Delhi.
  • It offers sales, service, and spare parts for the Pro X range.
  • Customers can choose body type, fuel option, and colours.
  • EV chargers and service bays are available at the outlet.
  • GPS support, doorstep service, and trained staff are provided.

Eicher Trucks & Buses has opened an exclusive dealership in the Nangli Poona Industrial Area of Delhi, dedicated to its newly launched Eicher Pro X range. This state-of-the-art facility is operated by Mohan Tractors Private Limited and is designed as a full 3S outlet, offering Sales, Service, and Spare parts under one roof. The new dealership is located along NH-1 GT Karnal Road, giving it strategic visibility and access for commercial fleets operating in and out of the capital region.

Customer-Focused Design and Digital Tools

The dealership features a modern setup with digital tools, interactive displays, and customization zones. Customers can choose between different cargo body designs, fuel variants, load deck sizes, and colour options based on their needs. Eicher says this setup is built to serve the needs of fleet owners and transport businesses, especially in fast-growing sectors like e-commerce, FMCG, parcel delivery, and courier services.

Delhi: A Key Market for Commercial Vehicles

“Delhi, being a key center for transport and logistics in North India, plays a crucial role in the commercial vehicle ecosystem,” said Ramesh Rajagopalan, EVP – Customer Service, Retail Excellence and Network Development, VE Commercial Vehicles. “With this new facility, we aim to bring smart, sustainable, and customer-first logistics solutions to the forefront.”

Service Features to Boost Uptime and Customer Convenience

Eicher's newly inaugurated facility is connected to the company’s Uptime Centre, a platform that tracks vehicle performance and availability to maximize productivity. The dealership provides:

  1. Trained technicians for all service needs
  2. Doorstep service bikes for quick support
  3. GPS-enabled breakdown assistance

Ready for the Electric Future

To support the shift toward electric mobility, the dealership includes EV-specific service bays and charging infrastructure. Both fast and slow chargers are available at the location. Eicher has also collaborated with Charging Point Operators (CPOs), giving their EV customers access to more than 14,000 charging points across India. This makes it easier for fleet operators to consider switching to EVs for last-mile logistics.

Test Drives and Multi-Application Displays

The facility also houses demo vehicles for test drives and showcases different applications of the Pro X range. The Eicher Pro X is an electric small commercial vehicle, co-developed based on feedback from existing customers. The dealership is part of Eicher’s vision for a “born-digital” network. This means customers can expect an omni-channel retail experience.

About VE Commercial Vehicles

VE Commercial Vehicles Limited (VECV) is a joint venture between Eicher Motors Limited and the Volvo Group, formed in August 2008. The company manufactures Eicher trucks and buses, Volvo buses, and handles the exclusive distribution of Volvo trucks in India.

Eicher’s new dealership in Delhi is a strong step toward supporting growing logistics and transport needs in the region. Combining sales, service, and spare parts with digital tools and EV infrastructure makes it easier for fleet owners to manage their vehicles efficiently. The focus on electric trucks and extensive charging access shows a clear commitment to sustainable transport solutions.
