CASE Construction Equipment Showcases Innovative Products at CII EXCON 2023

CASE Construction Equipment displayed a range of innovative products including Backhoe Loaders, Mini Excavators, Soil Compactors and the reliable FleetPro platform. The lineup included BS CEV5 compliant 770 NX Plus and 1107 NX-PD along with the electric mini excavator - CX15 EV.

CASE Construction Equipment, a leading brand of CNH Industrial, showcased its marquee Backhoe Loader - 770 NX Plus and Soil Compactor 1107 NX-PD at CII EXCON 2023. The company also debuted in two new categories in India with the all new Skid Steer Loader - SSL 175 and compact machines through mini Excavator - CX 35D to its domestic product lineup.

Additionally, the company also upgraded its entire portfolio of Backhoe Loaders to the industry’s safest operator cabin with 22 new features. The brand also showcased 10 new and upgraded products and services at the event. The lineup included an Electric Mini Excavator, Excavators, Motor Graders, a range of Vibratory Compactors and the all new FLEETPRO.

CASE 770 NX Plus: The CEV Stage V compliant CASE 770 NX Plus backhoe loader offers the ideal balance of improved fuel efficiency and productivity. Its key features and specifications include:

• Electronic diesel engine with 74 HP power
• New gen Electro Hydraulics Variable Pump with 143 lpm flow and 240 bar peak pressure
• Front and back buckets of 1.1 CuM and 0.30 CuM
• ROPS and FOPS compliant safe and comfortable cabin
• SiteWatch Telematics for cabin

Soil Compactor 1107 NX-PD: The newest soil compactor showcased by CASE offers higher profitability and exceptional performance. Its key features include:

• Electronic CEV5 compliant engine with auto idle and shutdown fuel saving feature
• ROPS and FOPS compliant canopy
• 6 way adjustable 90 degree rotating seat
• SiteWatch telematics for cabin
• Secondary brake, audio visual warning system and engine protection shutdown

Skid Steer Loader: The newly introduced SR 175B offers powerful pushing and loading power along with its comfortable and safe cabin. Its key features are:

• 2.2L diesel engine with a power of 60 HP @ 2800 RPM and torque of 171 Nm @ 1800 RPM
• Hydraulic system with fast cycle times and Connect Under Pressure (CUP) system
• Suspension seats, wider door and grab handles
• Large glass area, ultra narrow wire lateral protection and ROPS/FOPS cab

Mini Excavators: Two new mini excavators namely CX35D and CX15 were also displayed at the event.

Key specifications of CX35D

• Compact excavator with 3.5 ton digger and cab or canopy configuration options
• Optional rubber or steel track
• 3070 mm digging depth
• Electro hydraulic controls, load-sensing electronic pumps and hydraulic flow settings
• Flow-sharing control valves and up to 3 auxiliary circuits

CX15: The 1.5 metric ton CX15 electric mini excavator by CASE offers the same power and performance as diesel based machines for indoor work, without producing emissions. It comes with adjustable operating modes, standard auxiliary hydraulics and an optional 2nd auxiliary circuit.

Upgraded 770NXe: The upgraded 770NXe backhoe loader now offers ROPS/FOPS compliant cabin, trapezoidal design, door gas struts, CED paint coating and 20% more cabin storage. Additionally, it has been upgraded with the newest features such as a split helper seat, larger steering wheel, improved backhoe and loader lever, parking brake and SiteWatch Telematics.
