VST Tillers Tractors Limited has launched its latest FENTM Series of compact tractors in India. These tractors are designed to meet the needs of small and mid-sized farmers looking for fuel-efficient and torque-rich machines. The new series aims to help farmers handle various tasks with ease, especially in limited land areas.
The name FENTM stands for Fuel Efficient and Torque Max. This new series reflects VST’s commitment to frugal engineering, where the focus is on creating machines that are powerful yet consume less fuel. The tractors in this series are built to provide high pulling power at low RPM, ensuring better efficiency and faster work completion.
The FENTM Series includes five models:
180 FENTM
224 FENTM
225 FENTM
270 FENTM
929 FENTM
These tractors offer a horsepower range of 18.5 HP to 29 HP, with options for both 2WD and 4WD. This allows farmers to choose a model based on their specific field size, soil type, and task requirements.
High Torque at Low RPM: Ensures consistent power while saving fuel.
Efficient Cooling System: Better air flow keeps the engine cool, even during long working hours.
Compact Design: Easy to operate in narrow fields and small plots.
Ergonomic Comfort: Includes features like comfortable seating, easy controls, and a balanced powertrain for reduced operator fatigue.
Multiple Farm Tasks: Suitable for tilling, spraying, hauling, and harvesting.
Antony Cherukara, CEO of VST Tillers Tractors Ltd, emphasized that the FENTM series was developed with farmer needs in mind. The goal was to provide powerful yet compact tractors for those who need performance but cannot use large tractors due to land size or budget limitations.
VST continues to focus on utility-driven innovation, ensuring that each new product adds real value to farmers daily operations.
With smaller turning radii, efficient fuel use, and torque-rich performance, the FENTM tractors are ideal for modern farms facing diverse field conditions. These machines are especially beneficial for farmers who work in restricted or narrow spaces but still want the power and efficiency of larger machines.
The FENTM Series shows VST’s ongoing efforts to help Indian farmers with cost-effective and efficient farming solutions that boost productivity without increasing fuel costs.
