VECV Crosses 1 Lakh Annual Sales in FY26, Achieves Record Production and Deliveries

VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (VECV), a joint venture between Volvo Group and Eicher Motors, has achieved a major milestone by surpassing 1 lakh (100,000) annual commercial vehicle sales in FY 2025-26. This marks the company’s highest-ever yearly sales, production, and deliveries, reflecting strong growth in India’s commercial vehicle industry.

Strong Growth Across Key Segments

VECV’s performance in FY26 was driven by robust demand across different vehicle categories:

  • Light & Medium Duty (LMD) Trucks: 47,789 units (46.1%)

  • Heavy Duty (HD) Trucks: 26,867 units (25.9%)

  • Buses: 19,363 units (18.7%)

This balanced contribution highlights the company’s ability to cater to diverse transport needs, from last-mile delivery to heavy cargo and passenger mobility.
