Speaking during the Q1 FY2026 analyst call, K. N. Radhakrishnan, Director and CEO of TVS Motor Company, said: “The TVS King EV Max is doing extremely well. Customers are definitely liking it, and the response is very positive. We'll be scaling it further. The market is also doing well. It is growing very fast. I am pretty confident that we will reach a prominent place in this EV three-wheeler business this year.”
TVS Motor has demonstrated strong growth in India’s electric three-wheeler segment in a very short time. With the success of the King EV Max in the passenger segment and the recent entry into the cargo market with the King Kargo HD EV, the company is well-positioned for further expansion.
In the coming months, TVS aims to strengthen its market share and challenge top industry players like Mahindra and Bajaj, potentially climbing higher in the rankings.
TVS Motor’s achievement of crossing 10,000 electric three-wheeler sales in 2025 marks a significant step in its EV journey. With strong demand for the King EV Max and the new King Kargo HD EV, the company is building a solid foundation in both passenger and cargo segments. Its steady growth indicates a promising future in India’s fast-expanding e-3W industry.
