The company currently works with more than 6500 franchise partners, covering over 15,000 pin codes and serving both urban and rural areas.

The company is integrating AI-driven tracking systems, automated dispatch management tools, and real-time delivery updates. These advancements aim to streamline franchise operations, boost efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Rajesh Kapase, CEO of Trackon, highlighted that this expansion is a strategic response to the growing need for reliable and affordable logistics services in South India. “By empowering local entrepreneurs with the right resources, technology, and support, we are not only growing our network but also contributing to regional economic development. This is part of our broader goal to provide smooth and efficient delivery services to businesses and consumers throughout South India,” Kapase explained.
The expansion will improve connectivity for e-commerce businesses, MSMEs, and individual customers who need fast and secure deliveries. Trackon’s ongoing focus on innovation, operational excellence, and accessibility strengthens its position in India’s highly competitive logistics sector.
