The portfolio included a mix of next-generation electric and diesel vehicles, covering multiple segments and powertrain options. Tata Motors emphasized productivity, uptime, and lower total cost of ownership across its range. The Azura series and the new Ultra Prime RE bus were among the notable models on display.
The Tata Azura 1918 is designed for urban and regional operations. It offers increased productivity, robust uptime, and enhanced driver comfort. The Intra pickup range features a crash-tested, walkthrough cabin for fatigue-free driving. The Intra V30 supports up to 1,300 kg, while the V70 can carry up to 1,950 kg and features a 10-foot load body for demanding applications.
Tata Motors showcased its complete electric truck lineup, aimed at sustainable operations. The Tata Ace Pro EV is a zero-emission electric minitruck designed for last-mile deliveries, combining low ownership costs and easy handling. The Tata Intra EV is a high-payload electric pickup for urban cargo cycles, offering reduced operating costs and extended range. The Tata Ultra E.9 is a light electric truck built for intra-city operations, providing agility and low running costs. The Tata Prima E28.K is a high-torque, zero-emission electric tipper designed for mining and construction, offering improved endurance and faster turnaround cycles.
The passenger mobility portfolio included the Tata Ultra Prime RE, a 10.8-meter midi bus with a 6.7-litre rear-mounted diesel engine for urban and periurban routes. The Tata LPO 1618 Magna is a 44-seater AC bus for staff and intercity travel. The Tata LP 909 is a 9.3-meter midi bus for staff and school transport, while the LPO 1623 Nova is a 49-seater AC bus designed for longer intercity journeys.
Tata Motors supports its vehicles with more than 320 service centres across Sub-Saharan Africa. These centres provide prompt maintenance and access to genuine replacement parts. Extended warranty options and tailored annual maintenance contracts are available for all models, ensuring reliable performance and cost efficiency.
Tata Motors operates in 29 Sub-Saharan African countries, supported by regional partners such as Tata International, Panafrique Motors, KOMCO Motors, and Allied Motors. The company maintains seven assembly operations in Africa, including South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia. This network supports local talent development, job creation, and increased manufacturing capacity.
With over 340,000 commercial vehicles sold in the region, Tata Motors offers more than 60 models in various configurations. The company has a presence in over 50 countries, providing mass mobility solutions for nine to seventy-one passengers and cargo vehicles ranging from under one tonne to sixty tonnes.
Asif Shamim, Head of International Business at Tata Motors, stated that the showcase demonstrates the company's focus on application-led mobility solutions for diverse operating conditions.
