Total CV sales up 29% to 35,539 units
Domestic CV sales rise 25%
HCV and ILMCV segments show strong double-digit growth
SCV and Passenger Carrier categories continue steady demand
Exports surge 92% with strong global traction
Tata Motors has announced a strong commercial vehicle (CV) sales performance for November 2025. The company sold 35,539 units, marking an impressive 29% year-on-year growth compared to 27,636 units sold in November 2024. The growth was driven by solid domestic demand and a sharp rise in exports.

In the domestic market, Tata Motors recorded 32,753 CV sales, reflecting 25% growth over the 26,183 units sold in November 2024. All major segments—HCV, ILMCV, Passenger Carriers, and SCV Cargo & Pickup—posted positive growth.
Exports also surged strongly, contributing to the company’s overall performance.

The HCV segment grew 34%, reaching 10,181 units in November 2025, compared to 7,586 units last year. This strong growth shows rising demand in infrastructure, mining, construction, and long-distance logistics.
ILMCV sales increased to 5,905 units, registering 35% growth over last year’s 4,374 units. Strong demand for medium and light cargo trucks continues to drive this category.
The Passenger Carrier segment reported 11% growth, with sales rising to 3,340 units from 3,022 units in November 2024. Demand stayed strong in staff transportation, school buses, and shared mobility.
SCV and Pickup sales grew by 19%, reaching 13,327 units, up from 11,201 units last year. This category remains vital for last-mile logistics and small business cargo operations.
Exports saw an extraordinary 92% growth, with 2,786 units shipped in November 2025 compared to 1,453 units in November 2024. This surge highlights Tata Motors’ expanding presence in international markets.
