The launch took place at the Heavy Equipment and Trucks (HEAT) Show in Dammam. Alongside the Prima 4440.S AMT, Tata Motors displayed five other high-performance commercial vehicles. These trucks address the specific needs of Saudi Arabia’s transportation and logistics sectors. These trucks offers solutions for various applications in the market.

Anurag Mehrotra, Head of International Business for Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, spoke at the HEAT Show. He highlighted Saudi Arabia as an important market for Tata Motors. Mehrotra emphasized that Tata Motors is committed to delivering advanced mobility solutions tailored to meet Saudi Arabia’s evolving demands.
He explained that the Prima 4440.S AMT was crafted with smart features, reliability, and performance to support Saudi Arabia’s growth and add value for customers.

The truck is powered by a Euro-V compliant 8.9-liter Cummins engine, producing 400bhp of power and 1700Nm of torque, which enables it to handle heavy loads and difficult terrains with ease.
Additionally, it has pneumatic suspension for better ride quality and durability. The cabin, designed with a pneumatically suspended seat and adjustable steering, prioritizes driver comfort and convenience.
