Tata Motors launched four new trucks namely Tata Prima 5528.S LNG, Tata Prima 3528.K LNG, Tata Prima 2830.TK VX and Tata Signa 3530.TK VX at EXCON 2023. The company also showcased a concept electric tipper and a lineup of innovative aggregates at the event.
Tata Motors, the largest commercial vehicle manufacturer in India, has showcased India’s first LNG powered tipper, the Tata Prima 3528.K, along with an innovative and advanced range of future ready mobility solutions at EXCON 2023.
Tata Motors showcased trucks and tippers powered by greener and sustainable energy sources, LNG and battery electric, along with a wide range of aggregates including CEV Stage V engines and CPCB 4+ compliant gensets, embracing the theme of ‘Moving India Forward’.
Tata Motors Launches LNG powered Commercial Vehicles
EXCON is the largest construction equipment event in South Asia that is taking place in Bangalore, from 12th to 16 December. Tata Motors has commercially launched Tata Prima 5528.S LNG and Tata Prima 3528.K LNG trucks at the event.
Tata Motors also showcased a concept electric truck for the construction sector, the Tata Prima E.28K. The launch of LNG trucks and the showcasing of electric truck aligns perfectly with Tata’s goal to achieve net zero GHG emission by 2045.
Additionally, Tata presented a lineup of high performance tipper trucks, the Tata Prima 2830.TK VX and Tata Signa 3530.TK VX. These top of the line trucks are designed for a wider range of applications in the construction sector. The lineup is aimed at elevating performance, safety and comfort for the operators with advanced features such as automatic traction control, pneumatically suspended driver seat and cruise control.

Tata Motors Aggregates Showcased at the Event
Tata Motors also showcased aggregates engineered for uninterrupted and economical operations. These advanced solutions are
Gensets: Tata presented gensets equipped with advanced CPCB IV+ compliant engines with a power range from 25kVA to 125kVA.
CEV BS V Engines: Tata also showcased a range of versatile and reliable CEV BS V industrial engines with a power output of 55-138 HP.
Live Axles: Another innovative and reliable solution catering to a wide range of load and torque requirements
Trailer Axles and Components: The trailer axles complement prime movers seamlessly, ensuring the highest performance across diverse applications.
