Tata Motors, India's largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, organized the 'Desh Ka Truck Utsav' in Nagpur. The event aimed to help the trucking community by providing useful information and hands-on experience with Tata Motors' latest trucks.
Showcasing the Tata Prima 5530.S LNG
A major attraction of the event was the Tata Prima 5530.S LNG, an advanced LNG-powered tractor. The Tata Prima 5530.S LNG is powered by a Cummins 6.7L Gas engine, which provides 280hp and 1100Nm of torque. This truck is designed for long-distance and heavy-duty operations.
The truck’s cabin is built for driver comfort, with features like the Gear Shift Advisor that help optimize fuel use and reduce costs. Available with both single and dual fuel cryogenic tank options, the dual tank version offers a range of over 1000km, making it ideal for long-haul routes.
The truck also includes Tata Motors’ Fleet Edge platform, which helps manage fleets more effectively and lowers the total cost of ownership.
Boosting Fleet Performance and Profitability
The event featured expert guidance on improving fleet performance, fuel efficiency, and profitability. Attendees also had the opportunity to participate in vehicle demonstrations and learn about Tata Motors’ after-sales services, including maintenance programs, fleet management solutions, and the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative, which provides 24/7 roadside assistance.
