Montra Electric has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bansal Credits Limited, a non-banking financial company (NBFC), to make vehicle financing easier for customers across its complete product portfolio. The partnership is aimed at improving access to credit and encouraging the adoption of electric vehicles in Northern India.
Under the agreement, Bansal Credits Limited will offer financing solutions for Montra Electric's entire range of vehicles. This includes:
Electric small commercial vehicles (e-SCVs)
Electric medium and heavy commercial vehicles (e-M&HCVs)
The financing services will be made available directly through Montra Electric's existing dealership network, allowing customers to access vehicle loans at the time of purchase.
The partnership will initially cover regions where Bansal Credits has a strong presence, including:
Delhi NCR
Uttar Pradesh
Punjab
By focusing on these key markets, both companies aim to strengthen electric vehicle financing and support the growing demand for EVs among commercial buyers and fleet operators.
As part of the collaboration, Bansal Credits will provide structured loan options designed for commercial operators and individual buyers. The partnership is expected to speed up the credit approval process, making it easier for customers to purchase Montra Electric vehicles without lengthy financing delays.
With financing integrated into Montra Electric's dealership network, customers will benefit from a smoother buying experience and improved access to vehicle loans. The partnership is expected to boost the adoption of electric three-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and electric tractors by making financing more convenient and accessible across North India.
