JCB India inaugurated a new 3S dealership in Nashik with Ratnapprabbha World, offering sales, service, spare parts, LiveLink support, and construction equipment solutions across North Maharashtra.

Ratnapprabbha World will operate the 60,000 sq ft outlet.
Facility includes a four-bay workshop and 150-member workforce.

Dealership will support customers across Nashik and North Maharashtra.
JCB India has expanded its presence in Maharashtra by opening a new integrated 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) dealership facility in Nashik. The new dealership, operated by Ratnapprabbha World, aims to provide better customer support and faster after-sales services to construction equipment owners across Nashik and neighbouring districts in North Maharashtra.
The newly inaugurated dealership is spread across nearly 60,000 sq ft and has been designed to offer complete sales, service and spare parts support under one roof. The facility includes a four-bay workshop and is supported by a team of around 150 employees to handle customer requirements efficiently.
Apart from serving customers in Nashik, the dealership will also function as the headquarters of Ratnapprabbha World, managing its regional network of five branches located in Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon and Nandurbar.
The dealership is equipped with JCB's LiveLink Command Centre, a telematics platform that enables customers to monitor their machines in real time. Through the system, users can track machine performance, service schedules, operating status and security, helping improve equipment productivity and maintenance planning.
The Nashik dealership will support JCB India's complete range of construction and industrial equipment, including:

Speaking on the inauguration, Deepak Shetty, CEO and Managing Director, JCB India, said that Maharashtra continues to witness strong infrastructure and industrial development, which is driving steady demand for construction equipment.
He added that JCB is pleased to open the new Nashik dealership, marking its second partnership with the Ratnapprabbha Group, further strengthening the company's dealer network in the state.
Ratnapprabbha Motors has been associated with JCB India for nearly 20 years. The newly opened Nashik facility is the group's second JCB dealership and is expected to play a key role in supporting customers and expanding JCB's regional operations across North Maharashtra.
