The excavator boasts a 14% reduction in fuel consumption compared to its previous model, offering substantial savings to users. It has been tested under tough Indian working conditions to ensure lower operating costs for customers.
The Intelliflow Hydraulics technology plays a key role in optimizing fuel efficiency, and the machine provides real-time fuel data through its onboard interface and JCB’s LiveLink remote monitoring system.
Savings and Advanced Technology
The machine also features an auto engine long idle stop to prevent unnecessary fuel consumption during extended idle periods. Additionally, it includes a Power Boost function, which enhances performance in demanding applications and increases productivity by 5%. With improved fuel efficiency, users can expect savings of up to Rs. 2.90 lakhs per year.
Focus on Operator Comfort and Durability
The new model features a quieter engine compartment, which is designed to reduce operator fatigue and enhance comfort. LED lights have been added to the machine to improve illumination in work areas and boost durability.
Supporting India's Infrastructure Growth
JCB India's CEO, Deepak Shetty, emphasized that this machine will help customers by reducing fuel consumption and operating costs, aligning with the government's focus on cutting down fossil fuel usage. The excavator is ideal for rock breaker applications and contributes to India's infrastructure growth, as more than 45,000 JCB excavators are already in use on major national projects.
