Isuzu Motors India has inaugurated a new 'Isuzu Skill Development and Experience Centre' in Noida, which will provide skill development training to ISUZU dealer technicians as part of the company's network expansion goals.
The centre is intended to increase service capabilities and ensure customer satisfaction by providing the appropriate products and services.
The facility, located in Sector 10, will provide thorough training for service workers, including service managers, advisors, and technicians from ISUZU's dealer partners in the northern and surrounding regions.
It features a brand experience center with a permanent display of two vehicles in a themed environment. This new center supports an existing talent development facility in Chennai, which has been in operation since 2014.
The training program at the Noida site will cover a variety of technical aspects of ISUZU vehicles, with an emphasis on service knowledge and skill development.
The training modules will include both classroom instruction and hands-on sessions in actual work bays, covering everything from basic maintenance to advanced drivetrain management. The center can train 15-20 dealer personnel per session, and the lessons are led by specialist ISUZU service coaches.
Toru Kishimoto, Isuzu Motors India's Deputy Managing Director, stressed the company's dedication to training and development as a critical component of providing high-quality service. He emphasized that skill development for dealer technicians is critical to maintaining service standards and guaranteeing customer happiness.
The new facility will also prepare the national team of technicians for the biennial 'I-1 Grand Prix World Technical Competition,' in which Team India has previously placed in the top ten of 24 participating countries.
