The company operates toll collection in 11 states and was recently listed on BSE and NSE after its August 2025 IPO.
Highway Infrastructure Limited, an Indore-based infrastructure company, has secured a new contract worth Rs 1.96 crore from Atal Indore City Transport Services Limited (AICTSL). The agreement focuses on building external electrification infrastructure for e-bus charging at Nayta Mundla under the PM E-Bus Seva scheme.
The contract was officially signed on October 15, 2025, and confirmed by the competent authority on October 28, 2025. The company will handle EPC services, including supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the e-bus charging system.
According to the company’s filing with stock exchanges, the project must be completed within four months from the contract signing date. Highway Infrastructure will provide performance security worth 3% of the contract value as a Term Deposit Receipt, along with an additional 13% performance bank guarantee.
This project supports the PM E-Bus Seva initiative, which aims to promote electric mobility and improve urban transport systems across India.
Highway Infrastructure confirmed that the project is a domestic contract with no promoter or related party involvement. The company emphasized that the contract was awarded independently and does not fall under related party transactions.
Highway Infrastructure Limited (HIL) is an integrated infrastructure development and management company with three key business areas:

EPC infrastructure projects
Real estate development
The company operates toll collection services in 11 states and one Union Territory across India. In the EPC segment, HIL handles projects for roadways, bridges, and highways, catering to both government departments and private clients. It also works on civil infrastructure construction for residential buildings, commercial complexes, and hospitality structures.
As of August 31, 2024, the company has completed 63 EPC projects, with 20 more currently under execution, demonstrating its steady growth in the infrastructure domain.
Founded in 1995 as a partnership firm named M/s. Highway Enterprises, the company was later incorporated as Highway Infrastructure Private Limited on February 10, 2006. It was converted into a public limited company on May 4, 2018, and successfully completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in August 2025, with listings on both the BSE and NSE.
