GEML plans to use the newly raised capital to accelerate the development of next-generation electric vehicles, Battery Management Systems (BMS), powertrains, and other advanced EV technologies.

The company will also strengthen its electric two-wheeler and electric three-wheeler portfolio while expanding its engineering, research, and manufacturing capabilities. IPO Plans Deferred Until Market Conditions Improve

Although GEML had earlier planned a public listing, the company has decided not to utilise the extension granted by SEBI for its proposed public offer.
