Goodyear launches RangeMax tyres for regional fleets, prioritizing efficiency, sustainability, and performance.

Goodyear has introduced two new tyres specifically designed for regional delivery fleets: the RangeMax RSA ULT and the RangeMax RTD ULT.
These additions come as a response to the escalating demand within the regional delivery segment, coupled with the increasing focus on cost-saving measures and sustainability objectives among fleets.
The recently launched RangeMax RSA ULT and RangeMax RTD ULT tyres are designed to boost range efficiency by minimizing rolling resistance and prolonging lifespan, guaranteeing extended mileage before replacement.
Rich Cottrell, the Senior Director of Commercial Marketing at Goodyear North America, emphasized the company's commitment to addressing the evolving needs of regional pickup and delivery fleets.
He further highlighted the innovative features of the latest RangeMax tyres, including premium casings and long-lasting tread compounds, which aim to boost vehicle uptime and safeguard fleets' investments.
Here are the key features of these tyres:
1. RangeMax RSA ULT:
• Available in sizes 225/70R19.5 and 245/70R19.5.
• Boasts a 10% enhancement in rolling resistance over the Goodyear Fuel Max RSA ULT.
• Features Intellimax Technology that stiffens the tread for long miles to removal.
• Equipped with the Sawtooth Shoulder Groove Design and Advanced Tread Compounds for Mud + Snow and Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) traction rating.
2. RangeMax RTD ULT:
• Also available in sizes 225/70R19.5 and 245/70R19.5.
• Designed with Bio-Based Material.
• Utilizes a soybean oil tread compound for reduced petroleum use.
• Offers a firm grip on the road with a deep open-shoulder tread design.
• Meets the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) traction rating, enhancing traction and acceleration in various weather conditions.
These tyres are part of Goodyear’s commitment to providing efficiency, durability, and versatility for regional fleets.
Goodyear has introduced new commercial tyre products as part of its Total Mobility solutions, which include trusted products, a premier service network, and complete tyre management solutions, according to a company media release.
