Bajaj Auto and Flipkart have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to integrate electric vehicles into the latter's last-mile delivery operations.

Hemant Badri, Senior Vice President and Head of Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Re-Commerce at Flipkart Group, stated, "As India's homegrown e-commerce marketplace, we understand the enormous impact our operations may have on the environment and society."

Flipkart's partnership with Bajaj Auto Ltd. is an important milestone for Flipkart and the whole Indian e-commerce market, demonstrating the company's continuous commitment to sustainable supply chains.

Samardeep Subandh, a spokesperson for Bajaj Auto Ltd., stated, "As part of this partnership, Bajaj Auto will offer 1000+ electric cargo vehicles over the next two years."

The Bajaj Cargo ETEC models will provide best-in-class performance and reliability because of their revolutionary design and features, which are gaining market popularity.
