Atul Greentech Private Limited (AGPL), a subsidiary of Atul Auto Limited, has formed a strategic partnership with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) to expand the reach of electric vehicles (EVs) across India. This collaboration aims to promote AGPL’s electric three-wheelers, ENERGIE and ENERGIE 2, across urban and rural regions, aligning with India's focus on sustainable transportation solutions.

HPCL’s Role in Expanding Electric Vehicles

Under this partnership, AGPL’s EV models, ENERGIE and ENERGIE 2, will be distributed through HPCL’s extensive HP GAS distributor network. This network is known for its extensive customer reach and ability to serve communities across diverse regions.

Utilizing HPCL’s broad distribution channels, AGPL aims to make its electric three-wheelers more accessible to customers nationwide. This arrangement allows AGPL to benefit from HPCL’s strong infrastructure, positioning the ENERGIE range as an accessible and reliable option for those seeking an eco-friendly and affordable mode of transport.

HPCL has an established reputation in India as a leader in refining and distributing petroleum products. However, as the market for clean energy expands, HPCL has also ventured into alternative energy solutions, contributing to India’s move toward more sustainable and cleaner energy.

About the ENERGIE and ENERGIE 2 Models

AGPL’s ENERGIE and ENERGIE 2 electric three-wheelers are designed to fulfill the diverse transportation needs. The electric three-wheelers aim to offer an affordable, reliable, and environmentally friendly mode of transport suitable for use in both cities and rural areas.

Built with durable materials and efficient performance, these models are designed to provide a practical alternative to traditional fuel-powered three-wheelers. Their affordability and efficiency can help meet the demand for cost-effective transportation while reducing carbon emissions.

AGPL’s Commitment to a Greener Future

Dr. Vijay Kedia, Director of Atul Auto, stated that this partnership aligns with AGPL’s dedication to supporting electric mobility and India’s goal of reducing carbon emissions. He emphasized that this collaboration could bring value to customers while contributing to the country’s shift toward greener transportation options.
