According to a regulatory filing, Atul Auto will integrate Exponent Energy’s OTO mobility platform into its vehicles. The platform combines battery systems, powertrain components, and vehicle software into a unified architecture. This integration supports both Exponent’s rapid-charging network and standard public or home charging infrastructure.

The rapid-charging system enables a full charge in about 15 minutes. Exponent Energy offers a warranty of up to 200,000 km for its battery systems. This warranty addresses concerns about battery life and operational durability, which are important for commercial vehicle operators.

The companies have committed to deploying at least 15,000 electric three-wheelers over three years. The partnership also includes support from Exponent Energy’s financing platform, Exponent One.
