Now, farmers are getting slips on time and all related information easily. This has reduced many of their problems.

The Sugarcane Development Minister shared that the Smart Sugarcane Farmer ERP Portal is now active in all sugar mills of Uttar Pradesh. Through this portal, farmers can manage sugarcane supply, slip issuance, weighing information, payment details, and other important tasks in just a few clicks.

• Click on "Farmer Registration and Sugarcane Survey."

• Select District, Sugarcane Committee, and Account Number (or Farmer Code).

• Enter the captcha code and click "Search."

• Farmers can then view details like their name, khasra, and gata.

Mobile App for Easy Access

Along with the portal, the Uttar Pradesh Sugarcane Department has also launched a mobile app named "e-Ganna". Farmers can download this app from the Google Play Store and easily access all services from their phones.

Farmers Can Register Their Problems Too

To make sure farmers problems are resolved quickly, the government has launched a toll-free helpline number: 1800-121-3203. Farmers can call this number to report any issues and get help.
