PM-KISAN 18th Installment Date Confirmed

The PM-KISAN scheme provides direct financial assistance to farmers, and the upcoming 18th installment will continue to provide much-needed support. Eligible farmers will receive ₹2,000, which is part of the ₹6,000 annual financial aid distributed in three equal installments. The funds are transferred directly to the beneficiaries bank accounts.

Previous Installments and Details of PM-KISAN

Under the PM-KISAN scheme, farmers receive ₹2,000 every four months, with the funds distributed in three periods:

  • April to July
  • August to November
  • December to March

In the 17th installment, which was disbursed on June 18, 2024, over 9.26 crore farmers across the country received a total of ₹20,000 crores. To continue receiving the installments, farmers need to ensure their e-KYC is complete. The e-KYC process is essential to verify beneficiaries and ensure the funds reach the correct recipients.

How to Complete the PM-KISAN e-KYC Process

If you haven’t completed your e-KYC yet, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the official PM-KISAN website: pmkisan.gov.in
  2. On the homepage, find the ‘Farmers Corner’ section.
  3. Click on ‘e-KYC’.
  4. You’ll be directed to the Aadhaar e-KYC page. Enter your Aadhaar number and the captcha code.
  5. Click on ‘Search’.
  6. Enter your mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card.
  7. Click ‘Get OTP’.
  8. Enter the OTP received on your phone and click ‘Submit for Authentication’.

Once completed, you’ll be successfully verified for the PM-KISAN scheme.

How to Check Your Beneficiary Status

Farmers can easily check their beneficiary status through the PM-KISAN website. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Visit the PM-KISAN website: pmkisan.gov.in
  2. Click on ‘Know Your Status’.
  3. Enter your registration number and captcha code.
  4. Click ‘Get Data’ to view your beneficiary status.

If you are not yet registered for PM-KISAN, follow these steps to apply:

  1. Visit the PM-KISAN website and click on ‘New Farmer Registration’.
  2. Enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code.
  3. Fill in the required details on the application form.
  4. After completing the form, save and print it for future reference.
