The MF 500R Series Sprayer stands as a testament to Massey Ferguson's commitment to equipping farmers with the best tools for their trade.
Massey Ferguson, a renowned name in agricultural machinery, has unveiled its latest innovation - the cutting-edge MF 500R Series Sprayer. This new series redefines modern farming practices by incorporating state-of-the-art features and technologies, enhancing efficiency and productivity for farmers.
The MF 500R Series Sprayer stands as a testament to Massey Ferguson's commitment to equipping farmers with the best tools for their trade. With a focus on simplicity, ease of use, and advanced capabilities, this sprayer is poised to revolutionize the way crops are treated.
Massey Ferguson is ready to make a substantial entry into the North American market with the introduction of the MF 500R Series Sprayer. Based on established AGCO sprayer technology that has been in use in South America for several years, this series seeks to deliver sophisticated solutions for North American farmers.
The MF 500R Series Sprayer is intended to provide farmers with a larger range of technology options while remaining affordable. This series is aimed specifically at farmers who manage firms spanning 1,000 to 2,000 acres and focuses on giving quick returns on investment (ROI).
Because technology is included as standard equipment, there is no need for additional charges, making it a fascinating choice for individuals looking for commercial-grade features without the premium price tag.
The new series consists of two models: the MF 525R and the MF 530R. Both models are powered by a powerful 7.4-litre AGCO Power engine that produces 212 hp and 235 hp, respectively.
These engines are designed to be fuel efficient and have all-wheel drive capability. The sprayers provide varied performance, with field speeds of up to 20 mph and transport speeds of up to 28 mph.

The dynamic suspension system is one of the MF 500R series' notable characteristics. Individual airbags are installed in each sprayer and are regulated by mechanical valves. When paired with a C-Flex carbon steel chassis, this unique technology gives greater flexibility, agility, and traction even in difficult terrain.
Even when the suspension is fully stretched, the architecture guarantees that all four wheels maintain ground contact. The MF 500R sprayers are versatile sprayers with 90- and 100-foot boom choices.
Section control, boom suspension, stainless steel boom lines, HyPro nozzles, and Raven XRT boom leveling are among the features available on these sprayers. The primary product tank comes in capacities ranging from 740 to 860 gallons, and it is accompanied by a revolving rinse nozzle fed by a 92-gallon freshwater tank.
The LiquidLogic self-priming technology is one of the most prominent technological features of the MF 500R Series Sprayer. This feature allows for quick and effective priming of the boom, reducing chemical waste and water consumption. The technique improves sustainability by lowering costs and decreasing environmental effects.
The sprayers' cabs prioritize operator comfort, drawing inspiration from Massey Ferguson's well-known tractor series. Furthermore, by operating at lower engine RPMs, the all-wheel drive system adds to a quieter and less-vibrant cab atmosphere.
Massey Ferguson's MF 500R Series Sprayer marks a significant milestone in modern agriculture. By combining cutting-edge technologies with user-friendly design, this sprayer empowers farmers to achieve optimal results with minimal effort.
