Under this agreement, Mahindra will conduct Tractor and Harvester Technology training programs at five Kaushal Vikas Kendras in Madhya Pradesh. These centres are located in Bhopal, Sagar, Satna, Jabalpur, and Gwalior. With this, the program will cover five out of the six state-run skill development centres, ensuring wide regional reach and access for rural youth.
The training program is designed to provide hands-on and industry-focused skills related to tractors and harvesters. Rural youth enrolled in the program will gain practical knowledge that can help them find employment in tractor dealerships, service and repair centres, and farm equipment operations.
This collaboration highlights Mahindra’s strong commitment to agricultural growth, youth empowerment, and skill development, while supporting the state government’s efforts to improve employability and strengthen the rural economy.
The partnership between Mahindra Tractors and the Madhya Pradesh government is a strong step toward building skilled rural manpower. By offering practical tractor and harvester training across multiple skill centres, the initiative will improve job opportunities for rural youth. This program supports farm mechanization needs while empowering young people with industry-ready skills, contributing to agricultural growth, employment generation, and long-term rural development in the state.
