Factors Supporting Tractor Demand

Escorts Kubota attributed the improved sentiment in rural areas to several positive developments:

  • Timely arrival of the southwest monsoon

  • Increase in Kharif crop sowing area

  • The government’s announcement of higher Minimum Support Prices (MSPs) for Kharif season crops

With the forecast of above-normal monsoon, good reservoir levels, and expected record harvests, Escorts Kubota is optimistic about the growth of the tractor industry in the upcoming months.
