VST Tillers Tractors Ltd has released its sales data for May 2025. The company showed a strong overall performance, mainly driven by impressive growth in its power tiller segment. However, tractor sales showed a slight drop compared to last year.

In May 2025, VST sold 3,047 power tillers, marking a 54.05% growth compared to 1,978 units sold in May 2024. This shows increasing demand for VST's power tillers among Indian farmers, especially for small-scale and inter-row farming needs.
While power tillers performed strongly, tractor sales decreased by 11.49% in May 2025. The company sold 439 tractors, down from 496 units in May 2024. This minor drop could be due to seasonal demand fluctuations or market competition.

Overall, VST sold 3,486 units in May 2025, compared to 2,474 units in May 2024, achieving a total growth of 40.90%.
For the year so far, VST’s sales performance has been positive. The company sold 5,050 power tillers from January to May 2025, which is 70.55% more than the 2,961 units sold during the same period last year.
On the tractor side, the company saw a 7.39% growth in year-to-date sales, with 756 units sold in 2025 compared to 704 units in 2024.

VST has recorded a strong overall performance in May 2025 and the year so far, mainly supported by rising demand for its power tillers. Although tractor sales saw a slight monthly drop, the company still managed to grow its YTD tractor sales by over 7%. With total sales reaching 5,806 units, VST continues to show strength in India’s farm equipment sector.
