SI Air Springs, a subsidiary of the USD 3 billion TVS Mobility, has purchased the Roberto Nuti Group, a Bolognese company that makes and markets suspension systems mostly for heavy vehicles in the aftermarket.
The arrangement comprises TVS Mobility's indirect 100% purchase of Roberto Nuti Group through its wholly owned Indian subsidiary, SI Air Springs Private Limited, as well as investments to support the company's complete relaunch.

TVS Mobility has a presence in Europe through some of the group's other businesses, including TVS Supply Chain Solutions (Europe operations headquartered in the UK with operating subsidiaries in Italy, Germany, Spain, and other countries) and TVS Srichakra Ltd (Italian Branch based in Milan operating the tyre business with Eurogrip branded products).
The agreement is projected to result in significant benefits for both TVS Mobility Group companies and the Roberto Nuti Group, increasing the latter's product portfolio and improving its position in the worldwide market.
